WORKING PROCESS

If, after reading all the information, you decide to commission me, DM me on Discord - @pakurarara, Telegram - @horohorushka or Bluesky / Cara or send email - [email protected] (Discord and Telegram are preferable)First, describe your idea in general terms to make sure that I'm the right person for this job.If there is a queue of commissions, I will do them in the order they arrive. In that case, I'll tell you when I can start working on your commission approximately.If I'm ready to take your commission, I will need the following materials to get started:

Detailed text description of the scene and context, the background of your character
References to the character's appearance or a detailed description (both are better)
pose & expression for character
clothes references
Extra — background and environment (may be photos or drawings with lighting or color palette you like)
If you want, you can show me my art work, which is similar atmosphere to what you want to receive.

Please let me know beforehand whether this commission will be used for personal or commercial purposes.Tell me if you have a deadline for this commission.After discussing these points, I will tell you the price.Also tell me in which time zone you live and what time is convenient for you to communicate.I will periodically send you the work process to get your opinion.I'm ready to answer any of your questions regarding work on commission in PM.

complex backgrounds
complex clothing, armor
NSFW
unusual setting for me
blood

I won't draw:

real people
copy other artist's style

Payment

Prepayment is 50%, I'll start working once prepayment is sent. The remaining 50% must be payed after rough sketch approval, after receiving the second payment I'll continue working.No cancellation or refunds once I start the commission.I receive payment via:
LavaTop (it allows you to make a transfer via PayPal or bank card);
Vgen (but it will be +20% to price because Vgen takes a huge percentage).

Process and revisions

You have unlimited revisions at the rough sketch phase, but if you decide to completely change the idea when sketch is comletely finished, then it will cost as a new sketch. After approving the sketch, I accept only small revisions related to the following stages. Major revisions after the sketch is APPROVED, such as changing the perspective or composition, adding large objects, changing lighting or color, changing the appearance of the character, or changing the pose, will require ADDITIONAL FEE depending on complexity of edit.

DEADLINE

From 2 weeks to 2 months, you will recieve the final art when it's done. If you have a deadline, then rushed work may require ADDITIONAL FEE depending on the amount of time allowed for work.

You can post your art commission and WIPs on any of your social media accounts as long as my Bluesky / Cara username is properly credited.
I reserve the right to use commissions for my portfolio and post it on my social media. But if you don't want this drawing to be published and used in my portfolio, this requires ADDITIONAL FEE.
Do not take credit for the art.
Do not make profit with the artwork.
Do not trace or modify my art in any form.
You can print the art as long as it is for personal use only, but NOT FOR SALE.

!!! Note that this applies to commissions made for personal use. The terms of commercial use of my work will be discussed individually. You have to warn me before starting work if you are going to use my work for commercial purposes.

Extra payment

I can take extra payment for the following objects and options:

Weapons and other complex equipment or body parts like wings — price depends on complexity.
Background — price depends on complexity.
Additional character will be 100% of the first one, price per character may be increased if number of characters exceeds 3 on one drawing.
Major edits after sketch is approved
Rushed work will take extra charges
I reserve the right to use commissions for my portfolio and post it on my social media. But if you don't want this drawing to be published and used in my portfolio, you have to pay extra.
Using my work for commercial purposes (using it in a product to make a profit) requires additional fee or percentage deductions from sales (will be negotiated individually)

Ypu have to WARN IN ADVANCE if you are going to use this art commission for commercial purpose (and specify exactly how), as well as if you want this work not to be published by me. Please also warn me about deadlines
